Medlog, LLC (“Medlog”) is a technology company that provides a proprietary technology platform (the “Platform”) to support healthcare organizations and their patients. The Medlog website (the “Site”) consists of webpages operated by Medlog, offering an overview of our Platform, experience, and services. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”). Please note that if you are using Medlog’s Platform as a registered user, separate terms apply (Platform Terms & Conditions). If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Please read these Terms carefully.
Revision to Terms
Medlog may modify these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. The most recent version of the Terms will replace previous versions, and continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes. We encourage periodic review of the Terms.

Intellectual Property Rights
You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and use the Site in accordance with these Terms. All materials on the Site, including text, images, logos, graphics, software, and their arrangement, are owned by Medlog or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without prior written authorization from Medlog. You gain no ownership right by using the Site, and no licenses are granted except as expressly provided.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Site for unlawful or prohibited purposes. Specifically, you must not:

User Submissions
Medlog does not claim ownership of materials you submit to the Site (including feedback, comments, or suggestions) (collectively, “Submissions”). By submitting content, you grant Medlog and its affiliates a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, distribute, display, modify, and publish your Submissions in connection with operating and improving the Site. You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant this license. Medlog reserves the right to remove Submissions at its discretion. No compensation will be provided for Submissions.
Social Media
The Site may include interactive features that allow sharing or linking content through social media platforms. You may only use these features as provided, in compliance with both these Terms and any third-party platform’s terms. Medlog may revoke linking or sharing permissions at any time and requires that unauthorized linking cease immediately upon request.
International Users
The Site is controlled, operated and administered by Medlog from our offices within the United States. If you access the Site from a location outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Medlog, its officers, directors, employees, agents and third parties from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of others’ rights.
Liability Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Medlog shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, resulting from use of or inability to use the Site. If you are dissatisfied with the Site, your sole remedy is to stop using it. In no event shall Medlog’s total liability exceed the amount, if any, paid by you to access the Site.
Termination and Jurisdiction
Medlog may, in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time without notice. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah and you and Medlog hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Utah in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site.
We both agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Medlog as a result of these Terms or use of the Site. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of these Terms shall remain in effect. Unless otherwise specified herein, these Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Medlog with respect to the Site.
