Fill out the form and a Medlog customer representative will verify and grant you access to your facility.
Approve Medlog's access to your EHR
If you plan on integrating your EHR, contact your facility's EHR admin to give Medlog access.
Send your list of providers and nurses and we'll take care of the rest!
